Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the longitudinal patient record, the single trusted view of care across settings. You will lead the Longitudinal Patient Record pod and collaborate with engineering, our clinical team, and data consumers to ensure completeness and consistency of the record for providers at the point of care.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including data platform products.
• Experience owning a platform used by multiple teams.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data and clinical utility (claims, C-CDA, FHIR, ADT, labs).
• Defined canonical or master data and drove adoption.
• Experience reviewing charts and validating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for the longitudinal record.
• Define representation of care events and links to patient history.
• Lead data integration from ADT, claims, labs, and EHRs.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical teams, and data consumers.
• Drive adoption and manage migration plan.
