Job summary

Asana, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Integrations Platform, building the connective tissue between Asana and tools, data systems, and the developer ecosystem.

You will define shared capabilities, architecture, and operating foundations to make integrations secure, reliable, and scalable. You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, product marketing, and partners, focusing on end-to-end lifecycle, GTM, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations.
• Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems; able to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, including aligning roadmaps and GTM.
• Proven ability to manage technical, commercial, and go-to-market dimensions of platform partnerships (iPaaS valuable).
• Strong analytical, data-informed prioritization and lifecycle understanding (Agile/Lean).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for Asana’s integrations platform across ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver reliable integration experiences, including APIs, authentication, and data flows.
• Improve onboarding, configuration, and value extraction from integrations.
• Partner with design, research, data, and go-to-market to measure adoption, reliability, and growth.
• Manage vendor and partnership relationships end-to-end, including scoping and GTM alignment.
