Job summary

Asana seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Integrations Platform, defining shared capabilities and secure, scalable integrations across the ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, research, and GTM teams to scope, build, and launch integrations that connect customer data and workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, or integrations.
• Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems; able to discuss architecture trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, including roadmap alignment and GTM considerations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven prioritization skills.
• Preferred: degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for Asana’s integrations platform across ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver reliable integration experiences, APIs, authentication, data flows, and backend dependencies.
• Improve discovery, configuration, and value realization from integrations including onboarding and data processing.
• Partner with design, research, data, and GTM teams to ship iteratively and measure adoption, reliability, and growth.
• Manage vendor and partnership relationships from technical scoping to commercial and GTM alignment.
