Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to own infrastructure as a product, shaping platform maturity and internal customer experience. You will drive the backlog, intake process, and multi-quarter roadmaps for foundational infrastructure, while enabling self-service pathways for engineers to build, deploy, observe, and scale services with minimal operational friction.

You will lead cross-team planning cadences and ensure dependencies are identified before blockers arise,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, TPM, or equivalent, with substantial experience owning infrastructure, platform, developer experience, or related technical products.
Proven experience managing multi-team backlogs, intake processes, roadmaps, and planning cadences that drive real engineering execution.
Strong technical fluency across compute infrastructure, CI/CD and deployment pipelines, databases, networking, observability, and infrastructure cost drivers.

Responsibilities

Own infrastructure as a product, defining the platform maturity strategy, internal customer experience, backlog, intake process, and multi-quarter roadmap for foundational infrastructure.
Establish and evolve self-service golden paths that allow engineers to build, deploy, authenticate, observe, and scale services without unnecessary operational dependencies.
Create a clear delivery cadence by maintaining a prioritized roadmap, managing intake, and identifying infrastructure dependencies before they become blockers for product engineering teams.
