You will define the product strategy, drive innovation, and deliver ML-powered recommendations at scale, collaborating with engineers and data scientists. The role requires a proven track record shipping consumer-facing personalization, strong technical fluency, and excellent communication with executives and cross-functional teams. This position is based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ML-driven products or content discovery.
• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing personalization at scale.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering and data science on models and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product strategy for ML-powered personalization and discovery.
• Lead roadmap development for personalization systems with cross-functional teams.
• Evolve user experience using experimentation and user research to improve engagement.
• Orchestrate complex ranking systems and data flows across surfaces.
• Partner with executives and data teams to align roadmaps and outcomes.
• Monitor trends to inform roadmap priorities and pivots.
• Define KPIs and use analytics to optimize performance and guide iteration.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for personalization capabilities.
