Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Sr. Product Manager to lead personalization services for HBO Max. You’ll define product strategy, drive innovation, and shape user experiences with ML-driven recommendations at scale.

You’ll collaborate with software engineers and data scientists, guiding a team focused on Personalization, with emphasis on experimentation, analytics, and business impact. This role interfaces with editorial and marketing and engages executives regularly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ML-driven products or content discovery.
• Proven track record shipping personalization at scale.
• Fluent with data science concepts, ranking models, and ML evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end strategy for ML-powered personalization and discovery.
• Lead roadmap with engineering, data science, UX, and content teams.
• Design personalized experiences across surfaces using experiments and data.
• Manage complex ranking systems and data flow through algorithms.
• Partner with executives and engineering leaders to align roadmaps.
