Wealth.com is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform experiences. This high-impact, customer-facing role bridges financial and legal workflows with platform architecture and enterprise feedback.

You will work closely with advisors, enterprise leaders, and legal end users, translating friction points into scalable product solutions while guiding multi-quarter strategy and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or equivalent leadership.
• Deep customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.
• Ownership of product and platform architecture.
• Ability to translate complex tech to business terms.
• Fast-paced, autonomous, high ownership.
• Data-driven with metrics and outcomes.
• Founder mentality: proactive problem solver.
• Education: Bachelor's in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery calls and interviews with enterprise clients.
• Run beta programs and customer advisory boards for major releases.
• Demo products and present roadmaps to clients; act as product voice.
• Define multi-quarter strategy and roadmaps balancing feasibility, business needs, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to translate feedback into requirements.
• Analyze market trends and adoption data to stay market leader in estate planning tech.
• Advocate for product across execs, sales, and partners.
