Wealth.com is seeking a Staff Product Designer to serve as principal interaction and UX architect across our platform ecosystem. This is a high-impact role bridging complex legal/financial domain logic with customer insights.

You will collaborate with financial advisors, enterprise partners, and end-clients to transform dense processes into intuitive workflows, setting UX patterns and accessibility standards across product squads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital product design experience in enterprise SaaS/Fintech contexts.
• Proven ability to lead customer research, conduct interviews, and translate insights into strategy.
• Expertise in mapping complex user mental models and designing intuitive task flows.
• Ability to unpack legal/financial processes into clear user steps.
• Data-informed UX decisions combining qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Strong communication to executives, tech teams, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct Customer Discovery & Co-Design with financial advisors and executives to uncover usability issues.
• Lead usability validation loops with enterprise accounts to ensure key workflows reduce friction.
• Present UX frameworks and end-to-end journeys in client meetings with PM and Customer Success.
• Own end-to-end interaction architecture for multi-persona workflows, including document ingestion and data structures.
• Define and maintain foundational interaction patterns, navigation, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into actionable flows.
• Analyze industry UX trends to optimize efficiency and maintain market leadership.
