Job summary

JAB Institutional seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the platform’s product direction as it moves from build to market in late 2026. You will shape client and advisor journeys, collaborate with top-tier partners, and drive end-to-end outcomes with a North Star vision guided by senior leadership.

You will manage the backlog, oversee feature delivery, and ensure optimal unit economics while working cross-functionally with legal and compliance to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with a mix of business and technical skills.
• Experience building on or integrating third-party platforms and APIs.
• Analytical fluency: funnel metrics, experiment design, and large data manipulation.
• Experience in wealth management and/or fintech; NYC-based.

Responsibilities

• Translate the North Star vision into concrete product experiences for clients and advisors.
• Own client/advisor journeys, flows, screens, language, and edge cases with high standards.
• Prioritize backlog and roadmap using pilot data, feedback, and unit economics.
• Collaborate with technology partners on delivery, testing, and release quality.
• Incorporate advisor/client feedback into releases and optimize the client funnel.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
