Wealth.com seeks a Staff Product Designer to serve as a principal interaction and UX architect across its platform ecosystem. You will bridge legal, financial, and system-level logic to create intuitive workflows for enterprise advisory and end-client platforms.

You will work directly with financial advisors, enterprise partners, and clients to map complex processes into clear, usable product experiences, upholding accessibility and scalable patterns across squads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital product design experience; track record in enterprise SaaS/Fintech.
• Strong customer research experience including interviews and usability tests.
• Expertise in information architecture and intuitive task flows.
• Ability to translate complex legal/financial processes into simple UX steps.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to present models to execs, engineers, and clients.
• Autonomy and resourcefulness with a focus on improving user efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and co-design with advisors and executives.
• Establish loops for usability validation with enterprise accounts.
• Present UX frameworks in client meetings alongside PM and CS.
• Own end-to-end interaction architecture for complex workflows.
• Define foundational UX patterns and accessibility standards across squads.
• Translate customer feedback into structured user flows and specifications.
• Analyze industry patterns to maintain market leadership in AdvisorTech.
