Job summary
Social Capital Resources in Tampa is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Advisor Services platform, integrating custody, trading, billing, reporting, and client portals for RIAs and wealth managers.
You will own the product strategy and roadmap, translate complex regulatory and operational needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering, compliance, and sales to deliver a unified, scalable experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in PM, engineering, or consulting.
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
- Experience in brokerage, custody, wealth management, or fintech.
- Knowledge of ACATs, model portfolios, rebalancing, and client portals.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Sales and client teams.
- Understand regulatory and disclosure requirements in broker-dealer or RIA.
- Product-minded operator for advisor experience and infrastructure.
- Simplify custody, trading, billing, reporting workflows.
- Familiar with advisor workflows and client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Services.
- Define advisor and client experience across web and mobile.
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and stories.
- Build capabilities for onboarding, ACAT, rebalancing, billing, reporting.
- Unify digital account opening, custody, trading, billing, and client portal.
- Mentor team members to meet objectives.
