Job summary

Wealth.com is seeking a Staff Product Designer to steer interaction and UX architecture across its enterprise platform ecosystem. You will bridge legal/financial domain logic with customer insights, engaging with financial advisors, enterprise partners, and end-clients to design intuitive, scalable workflows.

You will own end-to-end interaction patterns, information architecture, and accessibility standards, collaborating with product and engineering to translate feedback into actionable designs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital product design experience (or equivalent design leadership) for complex enterprise SaaS or Fintech platforms.
• Deep customer interaction background with research, interviews, usability tests, and qualitative data-informed strategy.
• Mastery of information architecture and UX design.
• Ability to translate domain complexity (legal, regulatory, financial processes) into simple user steps.
• Data-informed UX decisions using qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics.
• Strong cross-functional communication with executives, tech teams, and external clients.
• Autonomous, resourceful mindset with a focus on solving real-world user efficiency problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative user research and co-design sessions with financial advisors and executives.
• Establish ongoing usability validation with enterprise accounts to ensure efficient workflows.
• Present core UX frameworks in enterprise client meetings and walk through end-to-end journeys.
• Own interaction design and information architecture for multi-persona platform workflows.
• Define and maintain foundational patterns, navigation, and accessibility across product squads.
• Collaborate with PMs and Eng leads to translate feedback into structured user flows.
• Analyze industry patterns to optimize user efficiency and maintain market leadership in AdvisorTech.
