Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Embedded API and partner platform. You will drive multi-year strategy, prioritize partner workflows, and manage cross-functional launches across Card Infrastructure, APIs, and Business Development.

You will shape technical and commercial commitments, transform partner needs into reusable capabilities, and oversee adoption, payment volume, and revenue through launch and scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling an API product or API-led business.
• Strong judgment on developer experience and secure integrations.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data models, distributed/financial systems.
• Credibility in partner discovery, executive pitches, and solution planning.
• Commercial judgment linking roadmaps to adoption and revenue.
• Founder/GM mindset from strategy to launch-level detail.
• Exceptional communication across technical, business, risk, and compliance teams.
• Fintech, payments, issuing, or embedded-finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy for the Embedded API and partner platform.
• Prioritize partner segments, workflows, and financial capabilities.
• Lead partner discovery, executive pitches, solution design, and planning.
• Turn partner needs into reusable APIs, tooling, and integration patterns.
• Align Card Infrastructure, API Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Business Development, and GTM for launches.
• Use AI to simplify the developer experience and accelerate production.
• Own integration speed, reliability, launch rate, payment volume, revenue, and expansion.
