Job summary

the company is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Growth to lead domains pricing, monetization and revenue expansion for domains-first users. You will partner with Growth & Commercial teams to prioritize high-impact work and drive the product roadmap.

As a senior contributor, you will report to the Head of Domains & Email and may work from our NYC headquarters or remotely within the U.S., shaping strategies that deepen customer engagement and expand revenue across the domains portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in acquisition costs, LTV, and growth metrics.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering teams and cross-functional or matrixed delivery teams.
• Track record of building products that are loved by customers and drive top-line impact.
• Strong storytelling, communication, leadership, strategy and analytical thinking.
• UX-focused with a passion for high-quality, sensible design.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Domains growth product roadmap, owning domains pricing and monetization opportunities across new users and existing customers.
• Build out value expansion roadmap across Premium domains, Secondary and Auction workstreams and Domain Expiry monetization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to define specs, execute development plans, and maintain release schedules.
• Develop and lead product strategies that deepen customer engagement and integrate Domains with the broader product ecosystem.
• Use research, data analysis and usability testing to inform prioritization and strategic direction.
• Set clear, measurable OKRs with engineering and design leads and align with team objectives.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Operations, and Partnerships to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing and packaging, and measure ROI.
