Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 13–14 engineers focused on critical platform areas like calls, messages, and Contact Center Pro. You’ll drive strategy, growth, and AI-powered tooling while overseeing architecture and delivery.

You will mentor engineers, shape quarterly plans, and maintain a healthy, high-performance culture across a distributed codebase. A strong collaboration mindset and customer empathy are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.
Proven ability to lead agile teams and deliver results.
Strong foundation in modern frameworks; hands-on with .NET/C#.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of 13–14 engineers.
Define quarterly plans and drive execution with timely, high-quality features.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, design, and development best practices.
Collaborate with senior leadership, product, and UX to align on priorities and outcomes.
Deliver on-time, secure, and reliable features while balancing innovation with stability.
