Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Builder Ecosystem strategy, bridging developers and broader builders with AI-assisted and no‑code capabilities. You will own the roadmap for the primary builder portal, align cross‑functional teams, and drive adoption of platform capabilities.

The role emphasizes developer onboarding, app quality, ecosystem incentives, and scalable templates, with strong collaboration across Engineering, DevRel, Data, Legal, Policy, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-ambiguity platform, developer ecosystem, creator ecosystem, marketplace, gaming, AI tooling, or developer experience products.
• Strong product judgment for creation platforms: building powerful platforms for advanced developers, approachable for new creators, trustworthy for communities.
• Comfort with code, APIs, developer tools, and engineering conversations; belief in AI-assisted and no-code creation expanding Reddit’s builder base.
• Ability to balance the needs of developers, creators, users, moderators, communities, internal teams, and business priorities.
• Experience improving onboarding, docs, portals, SDKs, APIs, marketplaces, app review, distribution, or AI creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for Reddit's Developer Ecosystem and transition to AI-assisted creators.
• Own the roadmap for developers.reddit.com including onboarding, docs, app management, analytics, and AI-assisted entry points.
• Lead strategy for AI-assisted app creation with no-code/low-code experiences and reusable templates.
• Shape the App Marketplace to help users, communities, and teams discover high-quality apps and tools.
• Improve app review and ecosystem operations with automation and AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering on platform capabilities, performance, and observability.
• Drive adoption programs and measure ecosystem health and growth metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to launch new functionality and ensure platform success.
