Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for Games Ecosystem and its integration with Reddit communities and creator platform.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across player experience, community participation, and discovery.
• Build a roadmap balancing consumer features, creator tools, and platform capabilities.
• Improve discovery, distribution, and revisits of quality games and game-adjacent experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, ML, DevRel, and Partnerships to ship ecosystem improvements.
• Define measurement framework for player value, community value, and ecosystem health.
