Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of product design experience leading platform-scale initiatives.
• Portfolio shows Principal-level scope with system architecture and executive influence.
• Experience defining foundational product architecture used by multiple teams.
• Strong ability to influence priorities and decisions without direct authority.
• Track record linking long-term vision to executable launches and commitments.
• Expertise in interaction design and information architecture with scalable patterns.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows and prototyping for strategy validation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the UX architecture for Presence across profiles, identity, and tools.
• Translate company priorities into multi-year experience strategy and roadmaps.
• Create shared models, interaction patterns, and navigation approaches.
• Resolve overlaps and gaps to prevent fragmented user experiences.
• Influence product direction with senior leaders across disciplines.
• Lead UX framing for ecosystem decisions to executive audiences.
• Use AI-assisted design and coding tools to prototype future concepts.
