Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Builder Ecosystem product strategy, expanding from a developer-focused to a broader builder ecosystem with AI-assisted and no-code creation at the core.

The role spans developer growth, creator onboarding, AI-assisted building, app quality, ecosystem incentives, and platform capabilities. You will bridge engineers and builders to unlock a larger wave of accessible, guided creation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-ambiguity platform, developer ecosystem, marketplace, AI tooling, or developer experience products.
• Strong product judgment for creation platforms: balance power for experts with approachability for new creators.
• Comfort discussing APIs, developer tools, and engineering tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for Reddit's Developer Ecosystem and AP broadening to AI-assisted creators.
• Own the roadmap for developers.reddit.com including onboarding, docs, and analytics.
• Lead AI-assisted app creation strategy with no-code/low-code experiences and templates.
• Shape the App Marketplace to surface high-quality apps, games, agents, tools, and experiences.
• Improve app review and ecosystem ops with AI-assisted workflows and policy checks.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize platform capabilities, APIs, SDKs, and observability.
• Drive growth through better templates, incentives, and clearer pathways from idea to launch.
• Identify and support new creator and developer categories.
• Partner with internal teams to rollout new functionality via the ecosystem.
• Define and improve adoption programs and measurement systems for the ecosystem.
