Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Agentic Quoting Tools in North Bethesda, MD. You will own the end-to-end request-to-quote experience, coordinating between Sales and quoting teams, and delivering AI-assisted workflows that speed quotes while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, or enterprise contexts.
• Experience shipping AI or automation into an expert human workflow with guardrails.
• Experience integrating products across CRM, ERP, file storage, and messaging systems.
• Multi-channel thinking with redesigned intake channels and measurable improvements.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Cursor, Claude) and evaluating large language model features.
• Strong SQL and dashboard development experience.
• Operational curiosity with stakeholder trust and influence.
• Exceptional written communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the request-to-quote experience for key customers across channels.
• Redesign the funnel to enable self-serve and reduce unnecessary steps.
• Define the roadmap for agentic quoting and the human-in-the-loop balance.
• Connect agents to MCP and ERP across Salesforce, quoting systems, and file storage.
• Build staff tools for quoting, pricing, and quote review workflows.
• Instrument pricing decisions with structured data and dashboards.
• Lead discovery with quoters and account managers and validate with live feedback.
• Set a 6–12 month roadmap and secure cross-functional buy-in.
• Prototype using Cursor, Claude, and Figma Make before writing requirements.
• Raise the bar by sharing AI workflows and patterns with peers.
