Job summary

Xometry, based in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Agentic Quoting Tools. You will own the end-to-end quote experience, shape the roadmap, and design AI-driven agents that read requests, build quotes, and suggest pricing.

The role sits in the P&M group and reports to the head of P&M product. The position requires hybrid work (3 days/week) at the Waltham, MA or North Bethesda, MD offices, with emphasis on cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise context.
• Experience shipping AI or automation into expert human workflows with guardrails.
• Experience integrating products across CRM/ERP/file storage/messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end request-to-quote experience for key customers.
• Redesign the intake funnel and channel pathways to improve quote flow.
• Define the roadmap and governance for agentic quoting and automation.
• Connect agents to business systems via MCP and ERP integrations (Salesforce, quoting systems).
• Build staff tools for quoting, pricing, and quote reviews; measure adoption and outcomes.
• Instrument pricing decisions with structured data and dashboards; develop data-driven decision support.
