Job summary

Clari + Salesloft is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, AI-driven enterprise applications. You will shape interfaces, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions across teams to advance our revenue intelligence platform.

You will work with cutting-edge cloud technologies (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, serverless, data pipelines) and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features for a growing customer

Qualifications

• 12+ years in building distributed systems or platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Shape future-proof interfaces for client-facing teams.
• Brainstorm with cross-functional partners to build new features.
• Lead large cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Debug production issues across services and improve observability and reliability.
