Job summary

Render is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for our infrastructure platform. You will define what a modern cloud platform looks like in an AI-driven era and work closely with infrastructure engineering to shape architectural decisions.

You'll engage with customers and product teams to translate needs into compelling roadmaps, balancing foundational capabilities with product and business priorities. Strong communication and a developer-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, focusing on developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience shaping platform strategy and driving complexity into clear roadmaps.
• Ability to balance foundational capabilities with near-term product needs.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled product development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Render's infrastructure platform.
• Drive prioritization across platform investments and negotiate tradeoffs.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to guide architectural decisions.
• Develop a strong point of view on platform evolution for AI-native builders.
• Set standards and abstractions to enable other teams and customers to ship confidently.
