Job summary

Acclaro seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of our AI‑powered localization platform. You’ll blend strategy, execution, and AI‑accelerated workflows to clarify and accelerate complex product initiatives for global brands.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and clients to define capabilities, architecture, and integrations, shaping a scalable product ecosystem and delivering high‑impact experiences for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS product management, moving products from idea to launch with autonomy.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional/military experience.
• AI‑first approach to Product Management and actively use AI to accelerate workflows and decision-making.
• Fluent in engineering and able to engage on architecture, APIs, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an AI‑augmented product operating system with LLMs, agents, and automation.
• Own the strategic roadmap for Acclaro’s proprietary platforms, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Translate high‑level objectives into actionable features, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape platform scalability and ecosystem growth through API‑first strategies and third‑party integrations.
• Lead research and technical discovery on LLMs, RAG, and emerging technologies to stay cutting edge.
• Use data and AI‑driven analytics to track KPIs, validate product performance, and drive optimization.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Linguistic Services.
