Job summary

AACI Group is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for AI-native insurance services and loss prevention tools. You will balance stakeholder needs with business goals and technical feasibility, while rapidly building MVPs to accelerate impact.

You will report directly to the CEO and work with engineering and design to ship high-impact experiences that address climate-driven risk with responsible AI integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in software/digital services, including startup experience.
• Experience launching AI/ML enabled products and consumer/digital services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle across AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms.
• Prototype concepts rapidly using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
• Define success metrics and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
