Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Agentic Quoting Tools in North Bethesda, MD. You will own the end-to-end experience between quoting channels, agents, and ERP integrations, driving fast, accurate quotes for strategic customers.

You’ll define roadmaps, test AI-enabled workflows, and ensure governance while partnering with Sales, Quoting Ops, and Finance. You’ll lead with a data-driven mindset, ship AI-enabled agents and staff tools, and measure impact on quote turnaround, accuracy,

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise settings.
Experience shipping AI or automation into human workflows with guardrails.
Experience integrating products across CRM, ERP, file storage and messaging systems.
Multi-channel thinking, redesigning intake channels and drop-offs.
Hands-on SQL and dashboard development for metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own the request-to-quote experience for key customers and map all touchpoints.
Redesign the funnel to enable self-serve, routing and automation where possible.
Define agentic quoting roadmap and patterns for human-automation balance.
Connect agents to MCP and ERP, detailing data flows and permissions.
Build staff tools for quoting reviews, pricing, and summaries.
Instrument all pricing decisions with structured data and dashboards.
