Intuit Credit Karma seeks a Staff Product Manager to shape AI-powered member experiences across our platform. You will own strategy and roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with AI platforms to turn fast-moving capabilities into trustworthy products.

Qualifications

• Experienced product leader: 8+ years building and scaling consumer technology products.
• AI builder: Shipped AI/ML or LLM-powered products and understands models, agents, and evaluation.
• Strategic and hands-on: Able to write multi-year strategy and go deep on design or eval readouts.
• Comfortable in ambiguity: Led in 0→1 spaces and brought clarity to problems.
• Systems thinker: Designs capabilities powering multiple products and experiences.
• Owns the outcome: Carried a quality, growth or business target with launches.
• Cross-functional operator: Builds strong relationships with Engineering, Design, Data Science and partners.
• Exceptional communicator: Influences senior leadership with a point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for your area and define a 12–18 month vision for AI-powered member experiences.
• Translate AI capabilities into trustworthy products in the Credit Karma app and other interfaces.
• Drive the roadmap from conception to launch with clear business cases and measurable success.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ship products and surface trade-offs early.
• Set the quality bar with evaluation frameworks for accuracy, trust, safety and impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to inform system design and scalable AI capabilities.
• Champion responsible AI, ensuring transparency, reliability and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor outcomes and continuously improve quality, engagement, and business impact.
• Communicate strategy and progress clearly to senior leadership.
