Intuit, Inc. is seeking a seasoned product manager to optimize the Credit Karma Tax experience. This high-impact role leverages AI and rich data to deliver a fast, accurate filing experience for Credit Karma members.

You will own the funnel and roadmap end-to-end, partnering with engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to drive high-accuracy experiences and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and delivering consumer-facing software products.
• Track record of moving key business metrics via experimentation.
• Expertise in personalization, testing approaches, and data analysis.
• Strong interest in fintech, personal finance, or tax domains with emphasis on trust and privacy.
• Close engagement with engineering and data science on system architecture and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Build a quantified view of where and why customers drop off by segment.
• Own funnel optimization roadmap end to end with cross-functional partners.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program and analyze results.
• Influence roadmaps across Credit Karma, TurboTax, and Intuit platform teams.
