Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and delivering consumer software products.
• Track record of moving a business metric through experimentation.
• Expertise in personalization tactics, testing approaches, and data analysis.
• Passion for tackling complex consumer problems in fintech, personal finance, tax, or related domains with trust and privacy.
• Strong technical acumen; able to engage with engineering and data science on architecture, data flows and APIs.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/DS/Statistics/Economics/Business or related field; MBA a plus; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Build a quantified view of where and why customers drop off, by segment and translate needs into a prioritized roadmap.
• Own funnel optimization roadmap end to end with engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program; design, run, and analyze tests to impact conversions and revenue.
• Build partnerships and influence roadmaps across Credit Karma, TurboTax and Intuit platform teams.
