• 8+ years building and scaling consumer tech products.
• Shipped AI/ML or LLM-powered products and understands models and agents.
• Can defend a multi-year strategy and deep-dive on design or eval readouts.
• Experience leading in ambiguous, 0→1 spaces with clarity.
• Designs capabilities powering multiple products and experiences.
• Drives quality, growth or business targets with launches.
• Strong relationships with Eng, Design, Data Science and partners.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with a clear point of view.

• Own the product strategy for a major AI-powered area with a 12–18 month vision.
• Translate AI capabilities into trustworthy products in the app and platforms.
• Drive roadmap from conception to launch with clear business cases and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ship products.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for quality, accuracy, trust, safety and impact.
• Involve Engineering and Data Science in system design, model selection, scalability.
• Champion responsible AI with privacy, security, and compliance considerations.
• Monitor outcomes and proactively improve quality, engagement, and business impact.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership.
