Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered member experiences across its Credit Karma platforms. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, and external partners to turn fast-moving AI into trustworthy, high-impact products.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years building consumer tech, shipped AI/ML products, and excels at strategy, ambiguity, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling consumer tech products.
• Shipped AI/ML or LLM-powered products and understands models, tools, and evaluation.
• Strategic and hands-on, able to write multi-year strategy and deep dives.
• Comfortable leading in ambiguous, emerging spaces.
• Systems thinker designing capabilities powering multiple products.
• Proven track record delivering quality, growth or business targets.
• Strong cross-functional relationships without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12–18 month vision for AI-powered member experiences.
• Translate AI capabilities into trustworthy products across Credit Karma apps.
• Drive roadmap from conception to launch with clear business cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external AI platforms.
• Set evaluation frameworks for quality, accuracy, trust, and safety.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science for scalable architectures.
• Champion responsible AI with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance.
• Monitor product health and impact, drive improvements.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership.
