Job summary

Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered member experiences. You will own the strategy and roadmap for a major AI area, leading cross-functional teams from idea to launch and partnering with internal and external teams to turn AI capabilities into high-impact products.

You will present strategy and results to senior leadership across Credit Karma and Intuit, while ensuring trustworthy, compliant AI that enhances member outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling consumer technology products.
• Shipped AI/ML or LLM-powered products and understands models and agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for AI-powered member experiences with a 12–18 month vision.
• Translate AI capabilities into trustworthy products in Credit Karma app and elsewhere.
• Drive roadmap from conception to launch with clear business cases and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including AI platforms to ship products.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for quality, accuracy, trust and safety in AI systems.
• Inform system design and model selection with Engineering/Data Science for reusability.
• Champion responsible AI with legal, privacy, security, and compliance teams.
• Monitor product health and drive improvements in engagement and business impact.
• Lead and communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership.
