Ironclad, the leading AI contracting platform, is hiring a Staff Product Manager to shape data ingestion, graph construction, and AI-enabled workflows. You will define how contracts and related data are ingested, normalized, and surfaced across the platform to empower AI agents and analysts.

This high-impact role requires strong product leadership, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and AI teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in data-rich environments.
• Zero-to-one product development experience for AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong quantitative judgment with metrics and data quality focus.
• Experience in fast-growth environments (Series B through IPO).
• Enterprise-product mindset emphasizing trust, security, compliance and integration.
• Excellent customer empathy and communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Proven ability to influence across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, GTM, and execs.

Responsibilities

• Own the data import experience and features for contracts and metadata across platforms.
• Define and expand Ironclad's context knowledge graph connections between contracts, clauses, terms, and entities.
• Make data useful across the platform with shared schemas, APIs, events, and lineage.
• Build AI agents on imported data, define use cases, and ensure quality and safety, including explainability and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Create a data quality and trust flywheel with metrics, feedback loops, and user validation of data.
• Collaborate with the Contract Understanding Platform team to align ingestion, extraction, enrichment, graph construction, and serving.
