Ironclad, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the next generation of context-aware products by defining how contract data is ingested, enriched, and connected across the platform.

You will lead the development of a robust knowledge graph, enable AI agents, and shape data governance to power contract insights and workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, provenance, and actionable outcomes for customers, with a strong emphasis on scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in data-rich environments.
• Zero-to-one AI product development experience.
• Strong quantitative judgment and experience defining metrics for data products.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Series B through IPO).
• Enterprise-product mindset with emphasis on trust, security, compliance, portability, and workflow integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the data import experience and product features, preserving structure and provenance.
• Define how contracts and related data connect in Ironclad’s knowledge graph.
• Make data useful across the platform with shared schemas, APIs, and events.
• Build AI agents on imported data and ensure grounding, explainability, and safe failure modes.
• Create a data quality and trust flywheel with metrics, feedback loops, and user validation.
• Collaborate with Contract Understanding Platform to ensure data is built once and reusable.
