Job summary

Ironclad, a leading AI contracting platform, seeks a Staff Product Manager in San Francisco to shape the Editor tool and document platform. You will leverage AI to improve customer outcomes, and become the expert on contract collaboration, editing, and versioning.

You will deeply understand users through ongoing research, partnering with design and engineering to push simplicity and extensibility, both in UI and under the hood. This is a full-time role with telecommuting option.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline and (4) four years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline and (6) six years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Responsibilities

Shape the future of Ironclad's Editor tool and document platform, including leveraging AI to drive superior customer and business outcomes where appropriate.
Become the go-to industry expert on contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review.
Make bold, strategic trade-offs that go beyond replicating existing solutions.
Deeply understand our users through continuous research and feedback loops.
Partner with design and engineering to push the boundaries of simplicity and extensibility in UI and backend.
