• Experience building data import features and metadata pipelines.
• Ability to design and govern a context knowledge graph.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering to ship agent features.

Responsibilities

• Own the data import experience and preserve structure, relationships, permissions, and provenance.
• Define how contracts, clauses, terms, entities, workflows, and related objects are connected to provide context-not just isolated fields.
• Create shared schemas, APIs, events, lineage, and access patterns for platform-wide data consistency.
• Build AI agents using imported data to predict, triage, validate, reconcile, and execute work across business domains.
• Establish data quality and trust through completeness, accuracy, and lineage metrics.
