Job summary

Ironclad in San Francisco seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead the data ingestion and knowledge graph initiatives that power contract data insights and AI-powered workflows.

You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to enrichment, partnering with AI, Engineering, Design, and GTM to deliver trusted, actionable data across the platform. This is a high-impact role at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in data-rich environments.
• Zero-to-one product development experience in AI.
• Strong quantitative judgment with metrics & instrumentation experience.
• Experience in fast-growth environments (Series B through IPO).
• Enterprise-product judgment: trust, security, compliance, portability, workflow integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the data import experience and product features from contracts and metadata to preserve structure and provenance.
• Build on Ironclad’s context knowledge graph by connecting contracts, terms, entities, and workflows for context in AI systems.
• Make data useful across the platform with shared schemas, APIs, events, lineage, and access patterns.
• Build AI agents on imported data and define data/context needs to ship agents that predict, triage, and execute work.
• Create a data quality and trust flywheel with completeness, accuracy, freshness, and lineage metrics.
• Collaborate with Contract Understanding Platform to ensure data is built once and reused across products.
