Job summary

Vanta is seeking a leader to own activation and onboarding for its self-serve front door. You will craft onboarding experiences, setting up and running customer security programs with the Vanta agent.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion and activation for Vanta's agentic self-serve front door, building an onboarding experience where the Vanta agent sets up and runs each customer's security program.
• Drive the self-serve onboarding journey for startups and downmarket customers from signup to value across the full platform, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management.
• Establish the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for product activation and onboarding, working with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to improve activation and time-to-value.
