Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and development of Sourcing and the Job Board in Lexington, KY. You will shape marketplace matching, partner experience, and pricing interactions to drive margin growth and liquidity across thousands of partners weekly.

You'll lead end-to-end product direction, collaborate with ML and pricing teams, and mentor other PMs across Partner Experience while advancing high-impact metrics and executive-level communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience in marketplaces or matching systems.
• Direct experience building two-sided marketplace mechanics.
• Proven success shipping complex, high-scale features with measurable impact.
• Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills for reasoning about data and models.
• Ability to partner with ML and Pricing teams without owning them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional alignment.
• Proven autonomous leadership as a senior IC owning a major product domain.
• Nice to have: exposure to dynamic pricing, manufacturing or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board to maximize margin and liquidity.
• Design and evolve the matching and recommendation engine and priority scheduling logic.
• Own the end-to-end job acceptance funnel across discovery, evaluation and response.
• Collaborate with Pricing and ML teams to influence pricing and model direction.
• Balance competing objectives and make principled tradeoffs to improve time-to-take and partner outcomes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs like sourcing margin, time-to-take, partners per job, and conversion.
