Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for Sourcing and the Job Board, the core marketplace engines that connect partners with opportunities. You will influence how partners are matched, how offers are prioritized, and how margins are improved across a global partner network.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with ML and Pricing teams, establish KPI-driven decisions, and drive experimentation to improve time-to-take and liquidity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience in marketplaces or related domains.
• Direct experience building or optimizing two-sided marketplace mechanics.
• Proven track record shipping complex features with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to reason about data and models.
• Ability to influence ML and Pricing decisions without owning them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align large cross-functional teams.
• Independent, senior contributor capable of owning a major domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Sourcing and the Job Board.
• Design and evolve the matching engine and prioritization logic.
• Own the end-to-end job acceptance funnel and improve partner engagement.
• Collaborate with Pricing and ML teams to influence strategy.
• Balance objectives across performance, margin, and quality.
• Define and monitor KPIs for marketplace health and liquidity.
• Lead and mentor other Product Managers across Partner Experience.
• Communicate product direction to executive leadership.
