Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Staff Product Leader to own identity, conversion, and measurement signal products that improve advertiser outcomes—from new customer acquisition to optimized bidding. You will partner across engineering, data science, design, research, PMM, sales, partnerships, legal, privacy, and policy to deliver durable, privacy-conscious solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related role with ads or marketing measurement experience
• Ability to define new products and strategies in ambiguous spaces and execute from ideation to roadmaps to adoption
• Deep understanding of identity, first-party data, attribution, incrementality, and measurement tradeoffs
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, analytics, research, PMM, sales
• Strong quantitative judgment and ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
• Experience designing/leading incrementality or lift experiments (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and end-to-end execution for products applying identity, conversion, and measurement signals to advertiser outcomes
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, PMM, sales, partnerships, legal, privacy, and policy teams to ensure product-market fit, rigor, compliance, and durability
• Build a comprehensive suite of advertiser-facing measurement products that drive incremental reach and performance
