Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a senior leader for the Measurement Products team in San Francisco, responsible for building ads measurement platforms and leading cross-functional engineers. You will set long-term technical direction and work with Product, Data Science, and Ads Engineering to deliver scalable, trustworthy systems.

You will mentor managers and engineers, champion AI-assisted development with strong data protection practices, and drive measurable advertiser impact across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience building software, ML, or large-scale data systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with ads measurement, ad effectiveness, or incrementality.
• Ability to set a compelling technical vision and roadmaps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-powered productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across ML, backend, and data.
• Set the technical vision and multi-year strategy for Measurement Products.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Ads Eng, and Infra to productionize solutions.
• Drive scalable ML and data platforms for measurement products.
• Influence roadmap to improve speed, scale, usability, and actionability.
• Partner with stakeholders to expand adoption and business impact.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering managers and engineers.
• Champion AI-assisted development while ensuring validation and privacy.
