Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a senior engineering leader for our Measurement Products team in the US. The role centers on building and scaling measurement platforms, promoting rigorous experimentation, and driving advertiser impact through advanced ML and AI-powered tooling.

You will collaborate across Product, Data Science, Ads Engineering, and Infrastructure, while leading diverse engineers to deliver production-grade systems with privacy-conscious practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow ML, backend, and data engineers building ads measurement products.
• Set the technical vision and multi-year engineering strategy for Measurement Products.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Ads Engineering, and Infrastructure to productionize causal inference and experimentation.
• Drive scalable ML and data platforms supporting measurement products like conversion lift, brand lift, and MMM.
• Influence the Ads Product and Engineering roadmap to improve speed, scale, usability, and actionability of measurement offerings.
• Partner with stakeholders to expand adoption and business impact of Pinterest’s measurement products.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering managers, leaders, and engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Champion AI-assisted development with rigorous validation, data protection, and accountability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience
