Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building software, ML, or large-scale data systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams responsible for production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
• Experience with ads measurement or ad effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of experimentation and causal inference.
• Ability to set a multi-year technical roadmap and lead scalable systems.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, data science, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of experienced ML, backend, and data engineers building ads measurement products and platforms.
• Set the technical vision and multi-year engineering strategy for Measurement Products.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Ads Engineering, and Infrastructure to productionize causal inference and experimentation solutions.
• Drive development of scalable ML and data platforms supporting measurement products (conversion lift, brand lift, MMM, MTA, etc).
• Influence the broader Ads Product and Engineering roadmap for speed, scale, usability, and actionability of measurement offerings.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to expand adoption and impact of measurement products.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering leaders and engineers; foster inclusive culture of excellence.
• Champion AI-assisted development and LLM-powered tools with rigorous validation and accountability.
