Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Staff-level product leader to own Measurement Partner Optimization and productize performance optimization across the ads stack. You will translate advertiser and partner needs into clear requirements and drive a multi-quarter roadmap that delivers measurable outcomes.

You'll collaborate with engineering, data science, partnerships, marketing science, PMM, sales, legal, privacy, and policy teams to align architecture, data contracts, and privacy controls while building

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar, including 3-5+ years in ads/marketing measurement.
• Ability to define new products and strategies in ambiguous spaces with multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, advertiser objectives, and outcomes like incremental sales and ROAS.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, partnerships, marketing science, PMM, sales, legal, privacy, and policy teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for Measurement Partner Optimization and for productizing performance optimization.
• Partner with engineering, data science, partnerships, marketing science, and product teams to align architecture, data contracts, methodologies, privacy controls, and guardrails.
• Build measurement-to-optimization products, define success metrics, drive go-to-market and adoption, and iterate based on advertiser feedback and results.
