Job summary

Jarmin in San Francisco seeks a Member of Technical Staff on Product to own the surfaces customers use to hire, direct, and trust their AI Employees, from the interface through the data layer.

You will design new product experiences from first principles and collaborate across frontend, API, and data-model work, prototyping interactions and ensuring the interface clearly explains complex agent output.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend development skills and ownership from UI to data layer.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production systems.
• Comfortable in unestablished patterns and in-person work in San Francisco.
