Klarity seeks a Staff AI Frontend Engineer in San Francisco to shape the AI-native enterprise UI. You will pair product design with frontend engineering to define the look and feel of our complex AI workflows, delivering intuitive interfaces that scale with the business.

With 6+ years in frontend, you will own end-to-end features, from React components to production polish, collaborating across product and backend teams to manage power and simplicity in real-time dashboards and agent-driven

Qualifications

• 6+ years frontend experience, Senior to Staff level.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind.
• Experience shipping multiple features per day with AI tooling.
• Strong ownership and startup mindset.
• On-site in San Francisco, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable frontend systems: reusable component libraries, state-management patterns, bundle optimization.
• Own and ship primary user-facing features end-to-end from React components to API integration.
• Bridge AI capabilities with elegant UX; collaborate with product and backend to expose power while hiding complexity.
• Build real-time WebRTC streaming dashboards and agentic chat features.
• Prototype design concepts in code using AI tools to create working demos.
• Help define how the team scales code review and SDLC with agents.
