Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack or product engineering experience.
• Proven track record shipping user-facing products with backend systems.
• Strong frontend skills with TypeScript and React; usability-focused.
• Experience in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript for backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full stack product experiences for persistent AI coworkers.
• Create frontend interfaces to direct agents and review progress.
• Build backend APIs, services, and data models for persistent state and orchestration.
• Develop workflows enabling agents to access context and collaborate across channels.
• Partner with product, design, research, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive products.
• Incorporate safe execution, clear controls, and reliable foundations.
• Leverage feedback and iteration to improve valuable AI workflows.
