Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the Receipt & Rewards experience, the foundation that helps us understand everyday purchases and reward users accurately.

As a senior individual-contributor, you’ll shape problems, lead complex initiatives, and connect decisions across the receipt journey and Fetch ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to balance user needs with data quality and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Staff-level leadership with multi-quarter initiatives.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design craft, accessible and production-ready.
• Strong systems thinking across product, data, and tech.
• Experience designing ML/AI-powered consumer experiences.
• Evidence-led thinking with research and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-ambiguity initiatives across Receipt Intelligence.
• Own experience quality across the journey.
• Define design direction with Product and Engineering.
• Design beyond individual features to connect to the Fetch ecosystem.
