Fetch is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Strategy to translate consumer insights and product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive revenue for top partners. Based in the Rewards Lab, you will shape how Fetch packages and markets opportunities while collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams.

This full-time remote-friendly role requires 8+ years of experience, strong storytelling, and the ability to lead strategic workshops, mentor others, and deliver high-impact pitches

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, or related roles.
• Experience in or exposure to CPG, retail or restaurant marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-led creative strategies and narratives for Fetch's largest brand partners.
• Partner with Sales to shape high-impact pitches for enterprise accounts.
• Lead commercialization strategy for new platform capabilities and Brand Experience programs.
• Identify scalable ideas that can evolve into repeatable offerings.
• Translate consumer insights into strategic opportunities aligning user value with partner goals.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, GTM, Creative and Business Experience.
• Design frameworks and tools to scale creative strategy, including AI applications.
• Lead workshops and executive presentations with leadership, agencies and Fortune 500 brands.
• Mentor junior strategists and activation coordinators.
